  • Financial Data: We do not store credit card details. Payment processing is handled via secure third-party gateways (PayTr/Iyzico) compliant with Turkish banking regulations.

How We Use This Information

Data is used solely for service delivery. Your phone number is used for SMS dispatch regarding crew arrival (typically 30 minutes prior). Your email receives the invoice and service record. Address data is retained for 2 years to assist with recurring maintenance contracts or warranty claims on post-construction cleans. We do not use your data for marketing newsletters without explicit opt-in.
