Eco-Products vs. Chemical Strength

Mitigation: For specific scenarios (e.g., post-construction), we use certified green solvents with higher concentrations, fully documented on your invoice.

Cash Discount vs. Paper Trail

Pay-by-cash may incur a 5% discount, but you forfeit the itemized invoice for tax or corporate accounting purposes.

Mitigation: For business clients, we require invoiced payments to maintain our service history and warranty validation.

Key Terms: Plain Language

"Job Ticket"

The formalized request for service generated via our "Request Ticket" form. It locks in scope, time, and price. A Job Ticket is not an invoice until the work is completed and approved.

"In-Person Quote"

A scheduled visit by a dustawayx estimator to assess the property in detail. This quote is 100% binding and required for properties over 250m² or with complex access challenges.

"Eco-Friendly" Label

Our designation for products that are non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for pets. Note: Some stains (e.g., hair dye, permanent marker) may not lift completely with eco-only products.

"Service Area"

Our primary operational zone is Şişli and immediate surrounding districts (Levent, Beşiktaş, Bomonti). Quotes and services outside this area may incur a travel fee, discussed transparently upfront.
